Trockenschalen aus rührreibgeschweißten Aluprofilen erfüllen höchste Hygieneansprüche durch ihre fehler- und spaltfreien Oberflächen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Ebenheit und hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit.
RIFTEC fertigt die Trockenschalen nach Kundenvorgaben, so sind Größe, Rippenabstand, Gewicht und Farbe der Schalen weitestgehend variabel. Die fertigen Schalen sind kompatibel zu den gebräuchlichen Trocknungsöfen und -tunneln.
Gängige Wandstärken der Schalen liegen zwischen 1,5 und 3,0 mm. Die Größe der Schalen variiert zwischen 680 x 580 mm und 1300 x 700 mm. Derzeit werden Stückzahlen von 70 bis 3.500 Stück pro Auftrag realisiert. Gefertigt werden sowohl Schalen für voll automatische kontinuierliche Anlagen, als auch Schalen für manuelle diskontinuierliche Anlagen.
